Financial Arrangements

As a courtesy to our patients we offer 5% adjustment for treatment when paid in full by check or cash on the day of the appointment. We also offer 3% early adjustment for treatment when paid in full by Visa, Mastercard or Discover on the day of the appointment. For qualified patients, we can provide information on a financial program with monthly payments that are interest free from six month to one year. You will need to be approved by our partner company.

Insurance Benefits: The goal of our practice is to provide our patients with the necessary treatment recommended by the dentist. Most insurance companies provide some assistance but not complete coverage. It is advisable that you have knowledge of your insurance coverage and we can help with those details. As a courtesy to our patients we are happy to complete and submit the dental claim form. We do our best to facilitate a smooth billing process.
